Open observations: Quite a diversity in scores. Six under for the lead is not what you’d expect.
Michelle Wie has not yet turned it around I see. Her super round in the qualifier might have indicated otherwise. Carding a nine on the par four ninth sure didn’t help.

The Open has usually been a benchmark for caddie/player shakeups in the past. A poor showing may be the impetus to sever the umbilical cord in favor of a different look. We’ll see.
