The move to the Holiday Inn Express was not as smooth as anticipated. They said our reservation was at the Holiday Inn instead so I checked in ahead of my roommate. Upon his arrival, he confirmed it was at the Express but they said it was full. A couple calls to the head honcho in charge of LPGA reservations eventually got all our ducks in a row and it was back to the Express we went. Good thing too. It’s less expensive, has a more rustic Spanish ambience and breakfast is included.
As we all know, soccer or footy, as it’s known to fans of the sport, is huge in Mexico and a local match was on tap yesterday evening. Seems the Holiday Inn was hosting the visitors and a group of autograph seekers couldn’t pass up a chance to meet some of the stars.
Anyone know this guy?
