Clearly the commissioner overstepped his boundaries.
Shouldn’t the players decide when, what, if and how much they donate to charity? It doesn’t sound right at all.

  2. Dickie says:

Big question! Will the commissioner and his staff work for free the week of the tournament? And will they show up and pay their own expenses and put in the time to do it right?

That Vicky Hurst chick needs to lose that hat. Only Payne Stewart could pull that off.

I thought this Founders idea was in fact discussed first among the players, or at least some players, or maybe player representatives?

It has come to my attention that that Larry will be making a apperance at the 2011 PGA Show.
I am sure that Larry will greet and sign autograph’s (at a small fee)
From I understand reservations are not needed,,,,,First come , First served.
Hopefully Larry’s fans will be able to take advantage of the unique opportunity….

Larry is going to rent the booth that the LPGA is not using this year. They are donating the booth to charity, Larry if you tell the asians you are giving away work visas for them maybe you can get a korean to talk to you…..maybe…lol

I heard that Larry will be in the golfing version of the “Dunk Tank”…Larry will sit above an water filled tank, and folks will pay a nominal fee to hit wedge shots at a target when hit will send Larry into the icy water below.

ESPN is reporting that Asian LPGA players and their support groups are camping out in line, so as to not miss this opportunity. They have been working on their short games, so it doesn’t look good for Larry to stay dry.

Be careful with tanks! Check to make sure no flush handle!
