Had it goin’ but then … Shot +2.
The “hot group” of the day was Sarah Jane Smith, Samantha Richdale and Allison Hanna. Don’t know how they scored.
There was a fountain running with chocolate in the dining area with plenty of goodies to dip in. I held back but I hope it’s there tomorrow.
Kim Williams arrived on the range early and left her bag (the light carry version with kickstand) erect next to the fence. Her local caddie (just a volunteer) arrived later (I didn’t know it was him) and looked up and down the range for her then went to the putting green. He came back to the caddie tent still searching but now he wore the look of impending panic. Then he spotted her clubs, almost. It was a very similar bag just outside the club repair trailer. He quickly snatched them up and strode onto the range but didn’t make it very far. Club repairman Paul was hot on his tail and snatched them away with these words of enlightenment. ‘Son, those aren’t your sticks.” Kim later had to tell her looper the head cover with one stripe goes on the driver, three on the three metal and so on down the line. It’s a sharp learning curve out here folks.
Then there was this:
