Great news. Back to Kings Mill Sept 6, 7 8 9 of this year and then back to May in 2013. News in USA today. Sure hope they know what they are talking about. They did not say that it was a rumor. There are a mob of us who will be there. WE had a mini Kingsmill Reunion this fall on the Outer Banks. A really great weekend. Now we can do it for real in Williamsburg., General manager of the clubhouse told me in August that they were talking about it at every staff meeting. So glad it panned out.
2012 schedule just released — still nothing for the Labor Day weekend, which was touted as a potential So. Cal. opportunity, since that would be the end of a West Coast swing. Still hope? One more U.S. tourney would be nice.
It was encouraging to see a few new domestic events..still tough when there are no full field events in May and from July 1 to the mid of august..maybe more to come in the future..we can only hope.
