    Rapid-fire announcing…all that chatter on the telecast from the TV personalities/commentators was making my head spin.

      I’ve commented on this before. It’s like they have a compulsion to inform us of some trivia concerning each player regardless of the importance of the situation. They even talked over a player who holed a chip and acted surprised after the fact. I think it was Judy and she should know better. Let the action speak for itself and keep the fluff to a minimum. Then again, that may be their plan. Trying to generate interest where interest is lacking?
