I don’t know the math, but it seems those players left out of the ‘invitational’ type tourneys are getting the shaft as far as accumulating points …
the way you solve that is make full field u.s. events double points.
Perfect answer, Scraper. I’m tired of Wie and others padding their pocketbook and Solheim points and POY points in so many of those limited field LPGA events. Enough already with Ochoa’s 7 year 30-36 peeps personal invitational event.
Somebody please make sure the Commish or Mindy Moore or whoever’s in charge gets a hold of Scraper’s spot on idea of fair play!
listen to a caddies suggestion. don’t think so. lpga staff won’t even help a caddy when a player stiffs them,
they actually stiff you guys …?? boy, I’d love to see a running list of tightwad players…not to mention it’s illegal as far as US labor law is concerned ..
frank, every caddie has had issues with players they have worked for and all the strange circumstances that arise. caddies have no written contracts so whenever there are issues with pay, airfare, firing etc its always players vs caddies and we all know who wins that one! there are no us labor laws involved here and if so the amount of money involved is too small to hire attorneys and go thru the bullshit.
If you haven’t been screwed by a player regarding promised compensation you haven’t been on tour long enough.
