2014 US Women’s Open Round Three

NBC aired polo instead of early coverage of the Women’s Open. What does that tell you? Ya think they drew a larger audience? At least they replace their divots at the half. I’d rather watch futbol.

The golf was so bad at times I was switching between TCM and NBC. The movie “Bullet” was showing. Also had the Germany-Ghana match on the computer.

Lexi’s collapse was so sad. Too many poor choices in those back-to-back doubles. I could see that drop going into the divot as soon as she went to the front of the drop zone.

Do you believe in miracles? Inkster winning would be at the top of the list.

If I hear “Little Lucy Li” once more I’m going to barf.

Heading to Arkansas tomorrow. Maybe I’ll get lucky and snag a loop.

Tiger is coming back next week at Congressional. Golf is saved. 😉

Beth Ann Nichols@GolfweekNichols – Clearly Lucy Li needs a manager. Missed U.S. Girls’ Jr. deadline and has until Wed. at 5 p.m. to file for Women’s Am. (Joking about manager)

les mccoy@fester_54@GolfweekNichols – that’s called parents you dumb ass reporter with no sense – get a real job for a week & then report back

Then there was this:

Emilee Klein-Gille is the New Women’s Golf Coach at Tulsa

Be prepared. If Bu88les Wie wins this thing, a National Holiday will be declared by the sports media …

    • Ozz says:

Heaven forbid Frank, but she has been one of the formed players in 2014. How great it would be for Inkster to win.

Aussie Minjee Lee looks likely to be taking out the Amateur title, but with a bit of luck, may get the double.

      • Frank Micahels says:

It would be FANTASTIC if Inkster pulls this out … a Tom Watson redemption …
