Paradise Lost

Plenty of looper changes in Hawaii. One blockbuster but that’s all I’m going to say about that. All the openings filled themselves as caddies played musical chairs with their players. More Nationwide and Champion Tour guys came out of the woodwork.

Se Ri Pak won’t be teeing it up this week. Saw her coming out of the fitness trailer with her left arm in a sling. Heard she dislocated her shoulder.

Went way down the alternate list. Number thirteen is now first. Think a few who were eligible are at the Symetra event in Mexico.

Caddies who do not have access to player hospitality can dine in the volunteer headquarters which is catered by a different vendor each day. But yesterday the coffee and tea was being filled automatically via a garden hose which gave it a nasty plastic taste. You couldn’t it past your nose the smell was so acrid. Finally got it fixed this afternoon.

Good article on the construction of Fallen Oak. Check out these pictures from the company who moved the giant oak trees.

The LPGA tournament in Rochester last year had several designated areas where you could use your cell phones. I don’t think there were any adverse incidents.

Heard Mi Hyang Lee got the spot vacated by Se Ri Pak. She’s on her way up from Mexico now, according to Symetra Tour.
